Need for Speed is coming to PC March 15. Member’s of EA’s Origin service can play Need for Speed on PC beginning March 10.
Several improvements over the console versions are coming to the PC release, including graphical improvements like an unlocked framerate and available 4K resolution.
Besides graphical improvements, Need for Speed on PC will also see the addition of manual transmissions, something EA says the Need for Speed community often discussed. Adding further to the realism on PC, EA is adding steering wheel support “for a selection of wheels from Logitech, Thrustmaster and Fanatec,” another move prompted by feedback from the community.
“We’re incredibly proud of how good Need for Speed looks visually,” EA said. EA calls the PC version “the definitive NFS” experience.
