Seth Green Making an Adults-Only Cartoon for WWE

On Sunday, May 1st, following the Payback PPV, the WWE goes TV-MA for the first time with Camp WWE – a new animated series for mature audiences from Seth Green and Matthew Senreich’s Stoopid Buddy Stoodios (Robot Chicken).

The series features a summer camp run by a psychotic Vince McMahon; a summertime haven that houses the likes of John Cena, the Bellas, Dean Ambrose, Roman Reigns, Big Show and more as small kids, and legacy wrestling personalities like Ric Flair and Sgt. Slaughter as camp directors.

I had the chance to chat with Seth Green about his totally new “not for kids” take on the current family-friendly WWE product, getting Vince McMahon to voice himself, and how decisions were made regarding who got to be an adult and who got to be a kid.
