As reported by Destructoid, Mario Kart 64’s Wii U Virtual Console version does not support ghost data, in case that matters to you.
1997’s Mario Kart is one of the Nintendo 64’s best-known and most-beloved games. The Wii U version supports up to four players and features some of the most memorable Mario Kart courses ever, including Moo Moo Farm, Toad’s Turnpike, and Yoshi Valley. The game’s Battle mode, which is a ton of fun, is also included.
