On March 18, Deadpool and Silicon Valley star T.J. Miller called 911 while riding on an Amtrak train from Washington D.C. to New York City claiming that a woman had a bomb in her bag. These reports were false.
According to TMZ, Miller was apprehended by FBI agents on Monday at LaGuardia Airport for “intentionally conveying to law enforcement false information about an explosive device on a train traveling to Connecticut.” The comedian was coming back to the U.S. after doing some shows in Canada.
From an FBI document, it was reported that Miller was intoxicated, consuming 2 glasses of wine and 2 double Scotch and sodas. The woman he was accusing said Miller was “loud and belligerent,” and even made a comment about her hair.
